Locals can be intimidating.

A 13-foot crocodile decided to paddle out for a surfing session. For some reason, his appearnce closed down Cable Beach, near Broome Australia, this past Saturday.

"He was a big boy — his head was huge," said local photographer Sharon Scoble, who snapped the incredible images of the surfing reptile.

The Spanish cargo ship Luno collided into the sea wall at Anglet, after its engines failed. More at the BBC and Hybridcar.com.

Look, it's Joe sailing a kayak on the Bay!
This past Sunday I had the opportunity to take a Triak out for a spin. I won't go into detail yet, but I wil say this, "Wow, what a great boat!"
